How do I process a return for a damaged item?
We are so sorry for the inconveience! Please use the following steps:

In the email please include the item name, picture of the item, and a copy of your receipt
A Hello Beautiful HC rep will respond to you within 24-48 hours to determine your claim. As soon as the item has been processed we will ship the replacement to you or refund the cost of the item.
I love your Instagram! Can I be featured?
Yes! Users can be found by hashtagging their pictures using #hellobeautifulhc we will look through the selections and add the most creative to our live feed.
I'm missing one of my items?
Oh no! We are so sorry for the inconvenience, please follow the steps in faq #2 using the dropdown menu to access your particular dilemma, a Hello Beautiful Rep will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 7 days of the shipment date. For any other questions, please refer to our Return Policy that can be found here.

Items that have been open, used, or marked "Final Sale" may not be returned.
