Not all Shipping Methods are available for all shipping addresses.

All orders containing Hazardous Materials have restrictions. See below for details.

Hazardous Materials

Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals).  The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires standard ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses. All orders containing Hazardous Materials cannot be shipped via Express or Overnight. All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

How long do I have to make a return?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of the order shipment date for a refund to the original form of payment, less the shipping charge. **Please return items in original condition. HELLO BEAUTIFUL reserves the right to decline your return or assess a 15% re-stocking fee if these terms have not been followed.

Do I have to pay the return shipping?

We do not cover shipping costs for returned items. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us. We suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service and obtain a receipt for all shipments.

How do I get refunded if I paid with a gift code?

Purchases made with a gift code will be refunded to an online store credit.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Please allow up to 2 weeks from your return delivery date for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.

Am I able to exchange my item(s)?

We accept exchanges for items returned in original condition. HELLO BEAUTIFUL  reserves the right to decline your return or assess a 15% re-stocking fee if these terms have not been followed.

Can I return "Final Sale" items?

Any merchandise marked or specified as "Final Sale" may not be returned. Items discounted using promotion codes with a final sale disclaimer may not be returned.
